Kourtney has paid close attention to client relationships, while always protecting their interests first and foremost. Her approach to client's needs, her experience and increasing knowledge of the real estate market has led to a referral based business and a reputation built on integrity. Kourtney's willingness to serve and passion for creative marketing became the basis for Ivy Residential; her boutique real estate company that is centered around these very principals. Whether it's a first time home buyer, a luxury listing or a new development project, her core principles and guidelines for real estate have been carefully considered and formulated. 

Raised in Wilmington, attended university in Charlotte and currently resides in Raleigh, Kourtney thoroughly understands North Carolina's most demanding markets. Not only does she lead a successful brokerage team,  Thomas' real estate acumen has been built on other successful endeavors including renovation project management, designing new construction homes from floor plan to selections & growing a real estate investment portfolio.

Kourtney is a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Triangle MLS, Owner/Broker of Ivy Residential and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists.
